Let’s talk about mental health! How do you treat your mind? Do not overlook this part of yourself.
This workcamp sparked a dialogue about the role of mental health in everyday life.
The workcamp was hold in english, and had 3 sessions:
23.3 Tuesday (18:30-20:00 CEST)
25.3 Thursday (18:30-20:00 CEST)
26.3 Friday (18:30-20:00 CEST)
A safe space was provided for anyone interested. Participants from Italy, Czech republic, Germany, Russia, Malaysia, Egypt, Turkey and Slovakia had the opportunity to learn and share new information about helpful mental strategies, useful apps, healthy habits and much more. At the same time, they could also meet new people form all around the world, from the comfort of their home.
